Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States and offer the following shipping options:

• Free Standard Shipping on orders $50 or more
• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $50

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3–8 business days after shipment.

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

Expedited Shipping

Faster delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional shipping cost. Delivery times for expedited shipping depend on your location, zip code, and the shipping carrier’s schedule.

Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we are generally unable to cancel or modify orders once processing has started. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim using your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Orders must include a valid residential or business address for delivery.
• At this time, we only ship within the United States.
